Don’t Give Up! Revelation is About to Come! ~ by Gerri

How many times I have wanted to give up right on the brink of a huge revelation from my Heavenly Father… too many times to count!  I know from the prayer ministry sessions we do and from the many phone calls I receive asking for help and encouragement, that there are countless others out there who feel the same!  Oh how we need great encouragers in our lives.  I have several and I am eternally grateful to each one of them.  They continually encourage me not to give up on the brink of  my miracle!  The poem below speaks volumes to me and I hope it will to you as well so that you, too, will not quit on the brink of your miracle or revelation from Father!  Here’s the poem and then read on for a tremendous testimony we […]

Tithing or Giving ~ by Roger

Tithing or giving, which is your pleasure?  Do we have a choice?  I think so.  What is the difference between the two?  Why should we consider anything but tithing?  It’s a really good question, since most Christians do not tithe!  However, there is an important difference between the two. […]

The Clarion Call ~ A Word from Father

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall the clarion call goes out to all.  THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND!  Step forward you who are Mine and receive your marching orders.  You must have victory over your flesh and your comfort zone.  Say goodbye to your natural way of living for THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND!  Eternity is supernatural and your eternity begins now.  Remember I have scheduled a time for all things so My timing is your friend.  Will you go with Me?

An Easter Message ~ April 24, 2011

Where there is life, the people prosper.  Where there is light, the people prosper.  Where there love, the people prosper.   When life, light and love are diminished, darkness creeps in, and the human spirit lacks authority.  Flesh rules and hope gives way to discouragement and destiny is lost in the shadows.  But then, the Kingdom of God is at hand and resurrection power and authority are available to mankind at their request.  All that is necessary for man to live supernaturally and in abundance has been provided through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  What greater gifts can be offered and rejected by so many generation after generation? Come to the table of blessing and provision and partake freely of that which We have made available to you.  When will man realize that We are his blessing […]

Looking Through the Eyes of the Spirit ~ Marsha Burns

The following is a great word from Marsha Burns.  Father has been dealing with us a great deal about walking in the Spirit and not in the flesh.  I’ve taken inventory and I am amazed at how much time I really do spend in the flesh!!  This is a challenge to us all to take stock and honestly ask Father to reveal to us how much time we spend literally ‘disconnected’ from His Holy Spirit!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 4/22/11:I would have you to look through the eyes of the Spirit, and hear through spiritual ears so that you might know and discern the times and the seasons. I speak to you of a level of awareness beyond your physical senses and your natural environment. It is to your advantage that […]

An Easter Blessing For Our Readers

Excerpt From You Are Blessed by Sylvia Gunter

Speaking to your personal spirit, hear God’s word for you in John 11:25.  “I am the resurrection and the life.”  1 Peter 1:3 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!  In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”  Ephesians 1:18-20 “I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know…His incomparably great power for us who believe.  That power is like the working of His mighty strength, which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the Heavenly realms.”

Spirit, be blessed to know that […]

From Roger’s Journal

Life is love and love is life.  Those who feel unloved need law and rules of conduct to guide their pain.  Those who feel loved and walk in love need no restraint.  They are givers not takers.  They are lovers of man not haters.  They are God-centered not self-centered.  They are humble not proud.  They are ever watchful, loving, caring and giving My love to the hungry, the needy, the desperate, the proud, the rebellious and the deceived freely without condition. Living in Love Hunger ~ by Roger

I hope we have made it clear by now that the message of Father’s love is not enough!  It is the beginning!  It is essential because without the message there will probably not be an experience with His love.  The message alone will not change our world; the experience will change everything in our world.  […]

Unoffendable ~ by Francis Frangipane

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh” (Ezek. 36:26).

God has a new heart for us that cannot be offended, an “unoffendable” heart. Beloved, possessing an unoffendable heart is not an option or a luxury; it’s not a little thing. An offended heart is endanger of becoming a “heart of stone.” […]

The Art of Thinking ‘Lightly’ ~ John Paul Jackson

In last month’s eletter, I suggested you begin each day with this thought: Today, God desires me.
It is a simple statement that is always true, and every time we accept it as truth and then pursue it as truth, we are being active in renewing our minds, which Paul talks about in Romans 12:2:

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. […]

How to Gracefully Leave a Ministry ~ Al Ells, M.C.

These days, the duration of a clergy member’s career is rarely committed to one congregation or ministry. Even in rural areas, clergy are more transient and less likely to remain in one position, serving the same congregation for life. Some denominations intentionally rotate pastors every few years. […]

Insights by Rick Warren

We believe you will enjoy the insights that Rick Warren has with his wife now having cancer and him having ‘wealth’ from the book sales.  This is an incredible short interview with Rick, “Purpose Driven Life’ author and pastor of Saddleback Church in California.

In the interview by Paul Bradshaw with Rick Warren, Rick said:  “People ask me, What is the purpose of life?  And I respond:  In a nutshell, life is preparation for eternity.   We were not made to last forever, and God wants us to be with Him in Heaven.  One day my heart is going to stop, and that will be the end of my body…but not the end of me.  I may live 60 to 100 years on earth, but I am going to spend trillions of years in eternity.  This is the warm-up act – […]

The Church That Jesus is Building ~ by Wayne Jacobsen

“What do you think the church is going to look like ten years from now?” I get asked that question almost everywhere I go. People assume that my travels and correspondence give me a wider view of God’s work in the world. And while it may be a bit broader than some, in the grand scheme of things, I interact with a very small slice of Jesus’ followers and even that is a very specific subset drawn by the content of my books and websites.

Nonetheless I find it a fascinating question mostly for what it says about us. Our religious training has put our focus in the wrong place, asking the wrong questions, and leaving people feeling adrift when they have no need to be. […]

The Demise of Addictions ~ by Roger

I know that we have talked a lot about love hunger in the last few years.  It probably will never end, so let’s add to our list of considerations about love hunger by looking at the possibility of addictions as they relate to love hunger.

First, let’s consider this question.  Are addictions a spiritual, emotional or spiritual problem?  In most cases, the answer is ‘yes’ to all three.  […]

Faulty Foundations in Relationships ~ by Roger

When another person begins to express love to us and they accept us, pay attention to us, share intimate information about themselves with us, we usually respond in like manner.  We may feel safe with this person and trust and faith in the relationship grows.  We draw close and a mutual love relationship may develop.   Ahhhhhhhhh!  All is well.  Or is it?  […]

The First Commandment – by Roger

In Matthew 22:37-39 and Mark 12:29-31 Jesus is asked the question, “What is the first or great commandment?”  His response is very familiar to us all, but I wonder how many of us have paused to consider the depth of what He said?  He told us to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, with all your strength and the secondly love your neighbor as you do yourself.

Obviously the command is to love.  We can then make the assumption that we are all created with the capacity to love.  Certainly Jesus would not command us to do something that He knew we could not do.  So then do we automatically have love in us?  Consider, we are created in God’s image and 1 John 4:8 says, “God is […]

Proclaiming So Much Love, Experiencing So Much Hate by Gerri

Recently I was plummeted (knocked off my feet) and sent into a state of shock by an email I received.  It was full of unforgiveness, offense, and hatred.  It was dishonoring and the tirade was obviously coming from a very wounded heart that had totally misunderstood a discussion I’d had with a mutual family member.  As always, when conflict like this arises, I always go back and review the communication.  Then the difficult part comes when my flesh kicks in and I want to cut this person’s head off.  I have often said that I plead with God for 5 minutes in the flesh and I would only need to use 3 of the 5!  In three minutes I can be totally successful at giving this person a literal piece of my mind!  Remember that our soul (our […]
