THE VISION
The Vision is going to be key in these last days.
It is a place where the sound of the Spirit is released…
a place of signs, wonders and healing…
a place of intentional outreach, discipleship and training…
a place of refuge being established right now – the epicenter of Father’s love and His supernatural power that will change and influence individuals, regions and nations of the world.
“Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring – …he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.” Romans 4:16a, 20 & 21
Another Time of Transition ~ by Gerri
We have found ourselves in another time of transition. Everyone and everything goes through times of transition. What often happens is that we don’t realize what is happening and then miss what God is doing in our lives during these times.
Several years ago we met with our mentor Al Ells in Phoenix to discuss a difficult time in our lives. After talking with him for just a few minutes, he said, “Relax guys, you’re just in a time of transition.” He then went on to discuss some of the characteristics of transition. You can read them by CLICKING HERE.
Often we have gone back and reviewed this article which was born from our notes that we took that day with Al. We hope that you will enjoy reading or re-reading them and that you will find some real […]
Keep Out! ~ by Roger
How much of ourselves do we give to God? I guess before we can answer that question we must ask another question, how much of God do we want? Are there areas of our lives that we want to protect or withhold from God? Are there areas we don’t want God messing with? If so, we put a big “KEEP OUT” sign on our hearts and expect to Him to honor it. That’s like shooting ourself in the foot! It’s self-destructive!
The Benefits of Poverty ~ by Roger
When in prosperity man often thinks he doesn’t need God and many times struggles to keep God in the picture of his life. To the contrary, when in poverty man’s needs can drive him to God. Desperation is a powerful motivator to crucify the flesh and turn to the spirit. Denial of God is flesh. The pursuit of God is spirit. Shall we be flesh or spirit?
Living to Serve My God ~ by Roger
As a son of God I should live to serve My God! Grace, honor, humility and love serve him! These are spirit. Anger, pride, bitterness, self-centeredness, etc serve me and are incompatible with Father’s nature! These are areas of our lives that are unsurrendered to God. We must choose spirit or flesh!
Saying I Love You ~ by Roger
If someone says, “I love you,” but they never show it, what effect does that have on you? You may believe they love you because they said so, but does that conceptual knowledge satisfy your love hunger? No! Why? because the message is not enough! Actual love must be demonstrated in and through relationship. God is love and He loves you. Is that enough? No! Believing that God loves you is not enough! He must be experienced! Knowledge about love is not transformational.
Dealing wih Predators ~ Carol Bandi
Carol is a long-time friend and partner with PITFH. She is walking out her healing journey very faithfully with Father, Son and Holy Spirit and making great growth strides all along the way. She is the kind of faithful friend we trust and ask often to speak into our lives. We hope you will enjoy her well written article on the subject of Predator/Victim.
Blessings,
Roger and Gerri
Having walked in the knowledge and acceptance of Jesus’ death and resurrection for the past forty-two years, I now hold firmly to the opinion that the enemy of our souls pulls out all the stops in order to keep us from learning of, receiving and walking in our God given birthright and inheritance. Perhaps this battle is our part of sharing in Jesus’ sufferings.
Since the age of three I have born the weight of […]
We Are Being Watched ~ Charisma Magazine
People with integrity walk safely, but those who follow crooked paths will slip and fall. Proverbs 10:9
Integrity is a high standard of living based on a personal code of morality that doesn’t succumb to the whim of the moment or the dictates of the majority. Integrity is to personal character what health is to the body or 20/20 vision is to the eyes. People of integrity are whole; their lives are put together. People with integrity have nothing to hide and nothing to fear. Their lives are open books. They say to a watching world, “Go ahead and look. My behavior will match my beliefs. My walk will match my talk. My character will match my confession.” […]
Uncovering the “Covering” Doctrine ~ Cheryl McGrath
Hideaway in His Presence ~ Ron McGatlin
1. Hideaway in His Presence
God is speaking an urgent message – a call of emergency to the people of God.
Overcoming Sexual Addiction ~ Douglas Weiss
If you have fallen into this trap of the enemy, what can you do? Here are some practical steps to getting free.
Sexual addiction is by far the leading addiction in the church today. Yet many people don’t believe–or perhaps aren’t willing to admit–that they have a problem. You can tell you need healing from a sexual addiction if you find yourself:
- Convinced your behavior has to be secret
- Continually needing more and more of this behavior to be satisfied
- Constantly trying and failing to stop a certain behavior
- Continuing this behavior, knowing that your spouse doesn’t agree and that it is affecting your relationship.
If this description applies, don’t allow the enemy to keep you in bondage. There are some things you can do to get free. […]
A Bend in the River ~ Roger and Gerri
We have, indeed, been through a long winter season both spiritually and physically which has forced us to draw into a very quiet place alone with Him. During this time He has simplified our lives in a way we never thought possible. […]
Taylor Health Update #4
We want to thank all of you once again who have prayed for us concerning our recovery from Black Mold Poisoning. We continue to improve each day. We are about 20 weeks into our detox and while the improvement is slow and sometimes difficult to see in the short term, we can look back now and see we are much improved from where we were the end of September when we started the brown seaweed extract used for the detox. The irregular heart beat that Rog has been experiencing is now nearly gone. We are SO thankful for that. Gerri’s pain level is also much improved. We are able to be out and about a bit more and that has helped with the emotional part of this issue. Once again, thank you for your continuing prayers and financial support during […]
When Pastors/Ministers Need a Helping Hand by Al Ells, MC
National surveys indicate that ministers are possibly the most frustrated and neglected professional group in the country. Up to date studies are scarce and some of these surveys are dated, but they still tell a relevant story.
Forty percent of surveyed pastors […]
A Word From Father on January 13, 2012
On January 13, 2012, Roger received the following word from the Lord.
Thus saith the Lord God Almighty, “Days and years shall pass. All manner of events shall confront humanity and man shall waver to and fro looking for answers, manufacturing lies to explain their pain, looking but not seeing, and listening but not hearing. Idols will fall. Religious substitutes will fail. Self idolatry will be destroyed. Hopelessness will become rampant, but I will still be here to save the lost, set religious captives free and offer Heaven to earth. When you reach the end of yourself, I AM is here. No matter how dark your circumstances, the Kingdom of God is at hand!”
Taylor Health Update #3
Thanks go to the many who have prayed for us and encouraged us during our detoxing from Black Mold Poisoning. Yesterday, 1/20/12, we had our 5th and 6th ionic foot bath treatments respectively. The clinician was GREATLY encouraged at the end of our sessions and told us that there was a vast improvement from our previous treatments. Wow! That was great news and very encouraging to us that the Brown Seaweed protocol we have been doing for nearly 4 months now is working.
Improvement of our symptoms is slow, but we are definitely making progress. The irregular heart beat episodes that Roger has experienced are less strong and are also diminishing in number. Gerri is now mostly pain free in her body. We are about 1/2 way through the protocol and we are fully expecting to be 100% by the time […]
Book Review ~ Renewal For The Wounded Warrior
We are avid readers and we enjoy sharing reviews of books that have significantly touched our lives. Renewal For The Wounded Warrior by Loren Sandford is one of those reads that has had profound impact on our lives. We got enough from the introduction of the book to cover the cost of what we paid for the book!
In the Forward James Goll writes, “Sometimes before you can get the right answer, you have to ask the right question. But often in today’s instant success, fast food, pseudo-Chrisitian, churchianity society, we are afraid even to admit we have a problem, let alone ask the right question. Sometimes we live in the longest river of the world: Denial.
Ever get the cart ahead of the horse? Put doing ministry ahead of ministering to the Lord? Come to the realization that you are serving […]
Transition from 2011 to 2012
Transition from 2011 (The Wilderness) to 2012 (The Promised Land)
For many in the Body of Christ, 2011 has been a very long and difficult year. It is important to note here that the number 11 is symbolic of transition (almost 12 which represents the government of God and the starting of a new day). Doug Addison writes in his November 15, 2011 newsletter, “Over the past eleven years (2000-2011) we have seen a negative transition occur, which introduced dark events such as terrorism, economic downturn and global unrest.” We believe with Doug that […]
When Prayer Ministers Get Blessed
The greatest blessing we receive from prayer ministry is watching a wounded, broken person enter into prayer ministry and watch them return to their world healed and serving the Lord.
Several years back we were contacted by a lady from Maryland who came to us through a referral from one of her friends. Her friend had come to us through yet another referral of a friend! The referrals alone in this situation are amazing, but wait! The testimony get better! […]
Rest From Ministry ~ Roger & Gerri
As most of you know, Father has asked us to focus during the months of October, November and December on our physical healing from the black mold. The end of September we embarked on an intensive detox protocol to get rid of the black mold poisoning. As this journey has continued, we have found that it is taking more and more physical strength to follow through with this protocol.
As we enter the month of December we have a scheduled vacation time the last two weeks of the year. In addition, we have made the decision to rest from all ministry during this month. We believe this will help us more fully focus on getting well and in addition, spend time seeking Him for direction for the New Year. There will be no December Webinar.
As we look at […]
Two Ways: Make the Right Choices ~ Wade Taylor
Wade Taylor: Two Ways: Make the Right Choices
by Wade Taylor
Dec 4, 2011
And it came to pass, that as the people pressed upon Him to hear the Word of God, He stood by the lake of Gennesaret, and saw two ships standing by the lake… Luke 5:1-2
Notice that the people were “pressing upon Jesus to hear the Word of God.” Whenever we take a step toward the Lord, He will respond and begin to draw us closer to Himself.
There will always be “two ships” (two possibilities) in our spiritual life experience. […]
Taylor Health Update #2
In very early October, Father asked us to set aside October, November and December to focus on our healing and detox from the black mold poisoning. At the same time, we received a prophetic word from the Lord through Doug Addison. In part it said, […]
Black Friday & Cyber Monday ~ Gerri
I have been alarmed to say the least about the holiday season. In October, there was a huge up-tick in demonic activity which culminated with the world’s celebration of Halloween. […]
The Parables of Matthew 25 ~ Wayne Jacobsen
(C) Wayne Jacobsen
www.lifestream.org
In Matthew’s twenty-fifth chapter, Jesus tells three of his parables that are most often used by those who drive the performance treadmill to make people work harder to try and earn God’s favor. And, not surprisingly they are some the enemy uses in his accusations that we may not be “doing enough” for God. But in each case, the conclusion of the parables are anything but the “try harder” explanations that religion gives. As I was reading through them the other day, here’s what caught my eye: […]
Spiritual Identity Theft ~ Doug Addison
Spiritual Identity Theft
(c) Doug Addison
www.dougaddison.com
I woke up the day after Christmas after several dreams where I saw the enemy trying to steal people’s destinies. As I prayed about it I heard the words “identity theft.” Oftentimes, things that are happening in the natural realm reflect what is happening in the spiritual realm. The rise of identity theft in the world is symbolic of what is happening spiritually to people all around the world. I saw two covert strategies that Satan is trying to use against people to keep them from seeing, finding, and fulfilling their life purpose and destiny in God. […]
New eBooks Published
We are happy to announce that we have published two new eBooks on the website. The first is entitled The Ministry of Reconciliation and Restitution – Walking in Forgiveness. It is a subject that is at the very heart of prayer ministry. Without forgiveness healing cannot come. It is the greatest gift that Jesus gave on the cross and it is absolutely necessary that we learn well this art if we are to live successfully in His Kingdom.
The second new publish is The Many Faces of Spiritual Rebellion. We covered this subject in detail in the October webinar. This eBook will be great review for those who either attended the webinar session or to those who have viewed it by video on the website. Nearly everyone walks to some degree in spiritual rebellion and this material will help you identify the […]
