The Vision is going to be key in these last days.
It is a place where the sound of the Spirit is released…
a place of signs, wonders and healing…
a place of intentional outreach, discipleship and training…
a place of refuge being established right now – the epicenter of Father’s love and His supernatural power that will change and influence individuals, regions and nations of the world.

“Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring – …he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.” Romans 4:16a, 20 & 21

Mistaking Mistakes is a Mistake ~ Kris Vallotton

Most people try to avoid making mistakes. We are taught from an early age that mistakes are unacceptable, intolerable, unprofitable, detrimental, and even fatal to our success and wellbeing.  We are taught from an early age that only the perfect performances are acceptable.  Movie directors spend hours cutting out the bloopers of their shows.  Music producers auto-tune the flat and sharp vocals until there is perfect pitch.  Editors fix all of the mistakes of the author before the book is sold on the shelf.  We even have autocorrect on our “smart” phones!

For most Christians, testimonies are only testimonies when we have overcome the “test”. We would rarely think of sharing the present process of working through our mistakes in public.  Christians are not normally allowed to make mistakes, let alone share their mistakes.  And when they do make mistakes, […]

Why I’m Not Desperate for God by Graham Cooke

Why I’m Not Desperate for God

By Graham Cooke

I was visiting a friend of mine named Steve a while back. Steve has two young daughters, who were four and six years old at the time. Steve had to leave the room to take a phone call, and while he was out of the room I overheard the six-year-old tell the four-year-old they were “going to church tomorrow.”

The four-year-old didn’t miss a beat and said: “We don’t go to church, we are the Church. That’s because we are in the Kingdom.”

And the six-year-old asked, “What’s the Kingdom?”

“The Kingdom is the rule of heaven here on earth,” said the four-year-old.

That’s when you realize there is no “junior” Holy Spirit. The same Holy Spirit that can talk to an apostle […]

Doing Marriage Well ~ Roger and Gerri

This past month we celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary.  We are somewhat of an oddity in society today and are often asked, “How have you done it?”
“Practicing the Father’s love”  is our response. That often opens the door for further dialog.
Here are some practical things we do to help YOU DO MARRIAGE WELL:

Overcoming Insecurity – Kris Vallotton

Insecurity relegates you to a small, insignificant place with other scared people. But confidence in your identity will help you to draw other champions around you so that you can together, collaboratively, conquer the promised lands. […]

Are You Desperate?

Today while looking for encouragement in a circumstance in my life that seems impossible, I found this.  As I journaled it, I sensed Father saying, “Post it.  Someone else needs to see this today. ”  Perhaps that someone is you.  If so, be encouraged.  You stand on the verge of a miracle!

“Difficulty is actually the atmosphere surrounding a miracle, or a miracle in its initial stage.  Yet if it is to be a great miracle, the surrounding condition will be not simply a difficulty, but an utter impossibility.  And it is the clinging hand of His child, His son or daughter that makes a desperate situation a delight to God.”

May you be lifted up into the embrace of a Heavenly Father who loves you completely and unconditionally.

5 Tests of An Overcomer – Che Ahn

Get ready to step into a new season.

September 13-15, 2015 marked the beginning of a new year on the Jewish calendar (5776). While nowadays we use the Greco-Roman calendar system, I feel the Jewish calendar has prophetic significance, and I always sense something stirring in the spirit around this time of year.

Usually coinciding with Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), September is also a significant month for me personally: It’s when I got married to the love of my life, when I was ordained and when I received a prophetic dream to move to Los Angeles.

This Jewish New Year is extra special because it is the Year of Jubilee. On the Jewish calendar, years are observed in seven-year cycles, with a sabbatical year on the seventh year. Then at the culmination of every seven cycles (a total of 49 years) comes the 50th year: the Year of Jubilee, when […]

How An Affair Really Begins – Tim Challies

September 28, 2015

At some point, we have all witnessed the devastation of an affair. On the one hand, it is shocking just how much can be destroyed by the act of one person sharing sexual intimacy with another. But on the other hand, it is not shocking at all when we consider how much meaning God has packed into marriage and into the sexual relationship within marriage. […]

God is Financing What He Builds – His Plan, His Church, His Harvest – Cindy McGill

Times and Seasons

It’s time for change. It has to happen. God is driving. The Lord is building His house where we will not labor in vain to build it. New structures and expressions are being birthed to contain THIS harvest during the greatest outpouring from Heaven. The world has changed and so must the Church. We are not in the 70s anymore. Our world is sinking into deep darkness and we have been called to be the lights that illuminate the way in this hour. […]

5 Clear Signs Witchcraft is Attacking You Right Now – Jennifer LeClaire

“Welcome to witchcraft season. This is the time of year when people start attacking and accusing you for no reason, rebelling against authority, and otherwise walking in the flesh. Take authority over it in the name of Jesus. Don’t bow to the intimidation and manipulation. And by all means, don’t tap into it! […]

“Year of the Peg and the Age of Sons and Daughters” – Kathi Pelton

Piles and Piles of Wooden Pegs

As we passed into the Jewish New Year of 5776, I kept experiencing the same vision over and over. In this vision, I saw a carpenter’s shop containing a workbench covered with piles and piles of wooden pegs. Then I saw the Lord standing before the bench. He was holding a knife and was whittling one of the wooden pegs with great attention. As He carved this peg, He would stop every few minutes and hold it up to a hole to see if they fit securely in the proper place that they were meant to be fastened. His eyes scanned every detail of the peg, as if it was the most important thing that He had ever made. […]

Practicing His Presence – Rick Joyner

Brother Lawrence

Brother Lawrence was born Nicolas Herman in 1614 in the region of Lorraine in France. As a young man his poverty compelled him to join the army and fight in the Thirty Years’ War. One day while beholding a barren tree in winter, he had a remarkable conversion experience. Like the tree, he felt dead but held on to the hope that God had a life for him. As he pondered this, the knowledge of God’s faithfulness and love flooded his soul. […]

Avoiding One Way Relationships ~ Al Ells, Leaders That Last Ministries

This summer Leaders that Last will be featuring a series of videos from New Day TV on relationships that can be found our You Tube page. Today’s video is on how to avoid One-Way Relationships.

In this video Al addresses the major issues discussed in his book “One Way Relationships”.  In many marriages there is one person who takes the major responsibility for keeping the relationship viable.  When marriages are unbalanced in this way it may be considered a one-way relationship.  To bring more equilibrium and health there must be a recognition of this dynamic.  Both partners must take responsibility for the contribution to the process.  Part of that process is coming to grips with how one loves, and most especially how one loves their spouse.

Some spouses over function in order to get the love they feel […]

8 Reasons Why Porn is Stupid ~ J. Lee Grady

I have prayed for countless men who admit they struggle with porn. After we prayed together they got a level of victory over the habit, but some came back to me asking for more practical steps to freedom—because porn is assaulting us from all sides today.

My response: You must be ruthless. Paul told the Corinthians: “I discipline my body and make it my slave” (1 Cor. 9:27, NASB). You must ask God for the power to control your urges, and run every time you feel tempted. You should also consider that it’s really dumb to look at porn, for the following reasons:

1. Porn is a huge waste of time. A 2008 study of graduate students found that 48 percent of young adult males look at porn weekly, and some view it daily. The statistics for women aren’t as high, […]

Focus on Growth Not Justice ~ by Gerri

Today I had something happen that caused my flesh to rise up and scream, “I want to be heard!” It showed me that no matter how many years I’ve been working at trying to crucify my flesh, there are still times when I realize it is alive and well! I knew if I let myself go, I would spew trash all over my attacker, so I bit the end of my tongue off and forced myself to be still until my spirit could regain it’s rightful place. In the process, my ship did get righted by some thoughts from Arthur Burk as well as a talk with one of my personal intercessors. Here are some of those thoughts: […]

Changed by Love ~ by Amanda Leonard

Lord forgive me for getting upset and crying tears again

I know how many times that I have said … “I trust You”

Yet again I find myself knee deep in self-pity

My heart broken, bruised and torn, desperate to be mended

I focus on myself, my little world of population one

Immersed in self-loathing, instead of soaking in the Son

He stands there patiently, waiting for my rant to be over

Then He wraps His arms around me, He loves me like no other

He says, “You may not see it yet but My word spoken to you is Truth!

Speak to that mountain child and you will see it move

Promise upon promise you shall see it manifest

So come to Me My child, come to Me and rest

Give up all your doubt and all of your frustrations

For I have given you My faith and made you a […]

The Rewards of Grey Hair by Gerri

I have five lovely granddaughters ranging in age from 17 – 30! They are one of the wonderful rewards of growing old. The Proverbs say it this way: “Children’s children are the crown of old men (and women!)… Pro 17:6 Amplified and “Old people are distinguished by grandchildren…” Pro 17:6 The Message.

This past week I was honored to hear from one of my granddaughters. Politely she asked, “Granmomma, do you have a minute? I need your opinion about something.” Immediately she had all my attention and a listening ear. She went on to express her concern about a big, life decision that she was facing. As I listened, I silently prayed, “Father, give me Your Wisdom to share with her.” Our conversation went on for about an hour as we talked and shared openly about the decision she faced.   […]

Batten Down the Hatches A Storm is Coming ~ Doors of Favor Will open in the Midst of the Storm ~ Lana Vawser

Lana Vawser

Today I heard the Lord say “Batten down the hatches a storm is coming”. I saw a storm going across the world affecting many areas from finances, to stock markets, to shaking in nature. I saw this storm putting incredible pressure upon ‘families’ to divide and conquer the ‘family unit’. This storm coming is coming to store up fear in people and the people of God, but it will not succeed as the people of God press into prayer.

I believe the Lord is sounding the alarm “BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES, A STORM IS COMING.” No matter what the storm may look like in the world, in our own personal lives, the Lord is asking […]

The Supreme Court and the Mark of the Beast by Rick Joyner

In Revelation 13 it is prophesied that at the end of the age there will be a false prophet that arises to prepare for and give power to one called “the beast.” This “beast” deceives the nations and requires all to take a mark, 666. Without this mark no one can “buy, sell, or trade.” This “mark of the beast” has been a dominant subject in eschatology (the study of Biblical prophecies of the end of the age) since the first century, and many things have been called this that turned out not to be so. However, we know it will come, and it may be upon us. […]

Last Call for America and the Western World  By Ron McGatlin

God is calling one more time for His people to arise and step into the destiny of our lives – step into becoming the spiritually mature manifested sons of Almighty God, joint heirs with Christ.

God is lovingly and powerfully touching His people. That which we may have only dreamed of and talked about is breaking through into manifested reality from the spiritual into the natural. The arms of Father God are open wide to receive us and to impart the fullness of the life of Christ Jesus into us. […]

A Sign Post from Father ~ by Gerri

Recently we visited the ranch that Father has promised to us in the vision He gave in 1980.  While we are unable to actually get on the land, we do, from time to time visit just to pray from an outside boundary.  When we visited this time we noticed survey stakes all over the property indicating a recent land survey had been conducted.  I looked out my car window and noticed a permanent boundary stake at the North West corner of the property.  Suddenly I sensed a powerful visit from Holy Spirit.  Immediately I asked Father what this meant.  He was silent.  When we arrived back […]

The Cycle of Resilience – Finishing Well

Many in the Body of Christ today, and especially leaders, have become very battle weary.  Many have lost their hope and become discouraged and defeated.  Dreams have been deferred and it seems that promises He has made come for others but not for ourselves which brings more discouragement.  Often we are asked about our vision which is over 35 years old now.  They say, “How can you keep on believing for something so long? Some admire our tenacity.  Some say our vision of the retreat ranch God gave us in 1980 is just to big to come to pass.  Some say, “You are just dreamers”, and some are simply jealous and envious of the dream and vision God has given.  Those are the ones who have come to steal the dream.  We have determined not to allow that to happen.

Multi-tasking vs. Undivided Attention ~ by Gerri

In March 2014 I wrote an article titled “I Need Your Undivided Attention.” It’s posted on the Newsletter Blog. Recently, Father has been speaking to me about multi-tasking. Webster’s definition of multi-tasking is 1.  the concurrent performance of several jobs by a computer;  2. the performance of multiple tasks at one time. Originally the word multi-task was coined when the computer age erupted upon us and it described how a computer could perform many tasks at one time. Soon society took the word and transferred it to people who could do two (or more) things at once. We now see that multi-tasking has become a pre-requisite in nearly every employee entrance interview as a requirement for hiring.

I question if people can really multi-task. Did God create us to do more than one thing at a time and do it well as […]

Church Age vs. Kingdom Age

We have posted numerous articles about the change of spiritual seasons which began in 2004.  At that time the church entered the Mercy Season
which is the last season of the church before Christ’s return.  You can read more about it on our website and click on the article entitled Seven Seasons of the Church written by Arthur Burke (not Arthur Burt that Clay refers to in his article.)  We are now more than 10 years into this new season and evidence is clearly pointing to characteristics of this new season.

In an April 2015 post by Clay Sikes he defines the transition from the Church Age to the Kingdom Age…a transition that Places in the Father’s Heart has been experiencing over the past 10 years.  We are finding PITFH in each of Clay’s characteristics.  We present his article for you.
